Get trained with our new eLearning platform University/04

We know that your company is complex and that implementing or maintaining powerful software to monitor your infrastructure and business, can be a challenging project.

In order to provide you the support you need, we’ve launched University/04. A new portal that will allow you to acquire in an easy and fast way, online training courses that will teach you step by step, all you need to know to monitor your company using our products.

In this eLearning platform, our customers and Business Partners have access to tutorial videos that will allow them to learn everything about the implementation, use and configuration of our solution.

Now, you can find the following courses available:

  • Implementing VISUAL Message Center 8.0 – Core Engine
  • Implementing ALIGNIA for Online Business Services
  • Implementing ALIGNIA for Business Applications (to be released on August 2014)

And soon we’ll be launching more training courses! These courses will also provide you with a functional and technical scope of our products, giving you the information needed to do a successful configuration of its out-of-the-box functionalities. Also, when completing each module you will have the chance to do evaluations and receive an official Tango/04 certification.
