A more agile technical support has arrived: New Online Ticket Management System

Tango/04 opens in its Customer Portal an Online Ticket Management tool. This tool will give you:

  • The ability to open Technical Support tickets online 24×7
  • Online visualization of the current statuses of your tickets and case histories
  • News about your open tickets
  • The ability to request the reopening of a closed ticket

And in general, it provides a much simpler and easier channel of communication, to offer our customers more relevance, speed and less risk. The service is now available on the Tango/04 Customer Portal so you can start using it.

This improvement has been developed in response to suggestions received in the Tango/04 customer survey held every year. We encourage you to keep sending suggestions to help us improve the service we provide every day.

We have just released a new HotFix for VISUAL Message Center AccessServer: Version 8.0 HF07.

This HotFix addresses some issues with VISUAL Message Center Dashboards and VISUAL Message Center Reports.

New Features and Fixes for VISUAL Message Center SmartConsole

We are happy to announce that our latest Service Pack for VISUAL Message Center SmartConsole – Version 8.0 SP03 is now available to download. This update is quite significant and brings SmartConsole to its best ever performance and stability.

With this SP, messages are now retrieved using multi-thread recollection, improving the speed of recoleection by up to 10 times to older versiones. Additionally:

*If one or more systems are down, recollections from the active connections are not stopped.

*Each recollection for every system is individual: if a connection to a system has a lot of events it will not affect the recollection of the other connections

In this SP we are also introducing new features and changes such as:

*Improvement on the performance of SmartConsole’s storage system: it can now process many more messages per second.

*Improvement on the integration with other products such as SmartConsole Web Client and Dashboards: changes in components such as Business Views are now shown instantaneously in all products.

This Service Pack may also contain one or more past HotFixes and other goodies.

New look and improvements for our technical documents

Our technical documents have been given a bit of a make-over recently to celebrate their publication on the new Customer Portal. The Technical Writer team have been working hard to ensure that the entire suite of documents not only look great but provide even more usability for our customers.

The availability of our technical documents on the Customer Portal has several great benefits for our customers, the most important of which is that customers now always have access to the very latest versions of our documents as soon as they are published.
